Questions will focus on how science and technology innovations can foster economic growth, including through removing barriers, increasing skill acquisition and increasing youth employability. The e-discussion is expected to result in a synthesis paper that will feed into UNECA and the Government of Nigeria's High Level Policy Dialogue on ‘Science, Technologies and Innovation and the African Transformation Agenda,' which will take place from 24-25 March 2014, in Abuja, Nigeria.
